Ice dancers Elizabeth Tkachenko and Alexei Kiliakov, who recently changed sports federations from the United States to Israel, celebrated a highly successful debut season. They secured second place both at the Junior Grand Prix Final and at the 2024 World Junior Figure Skating Championships. “Representing Israel gives us a greater sense of responsibility,” they said in a recent interview. Their goal is to strengthen Israel’s position in the ice dance world on the senior stage.
